How it works
- Sign in and verify with Singpass. We match your Myinfo name with the CEA register, and approve you straight away when it matches one active registration.
- Viewing requests that buyers and tenants sent for your listings from other portals wait under your CEA number, and reach you once you are verified.
- Join Homejourney Pro to see who is asking, reply, and add listings with your own price, photos, furnishing and availability.
Co-broking
Homejourney never sets, collects or splits co-broking fees. CEA's practice guidelines on how agents deal with one another set the rules: a listing agent shares the listing and allows viewings with co-broking agents unless the client has said otherwise in writing, and the agents agree any fee split between themselves in writing.
Questions
Do I need to claim my profile?
No. Your profile and your listings from other portals show without an account. Verify with Singpass to receive the viewing requests on them and to add listings yourself.
Where do viewing requests on my listings go?
A request for one of your listings waits under your CEA number. Once you verify, it reaches your inbox in the Agent app. Seeing who asked and replying needs Pro. A request nobody answers expires when its last proposed time passes.
How much does it cost?
Your profile, your listings from other portals and verification are free. Adding listings and handling viewings needs Homejourney Pro: S$1 a day, billed S$30 a month, until you cancel. One membership covers every role you hold, such as agent and landlord.
What are Credits?
Credits pay for AI tools such as walkthrough videos, only when you use them. Approved agents buy them in packs. You do not need Credits to list.
Can owners list without an agent?
Yes. Owners can list their own home without an agent, and agents can list for their clients. Every listing shows who listed it.
