List your home with decluttered photos only

  • If you have decluttered versions of your photos, you can publish just those, without the cluttered originals.
  • Each decluttered or staged photo is tagged "Virtually staged", and your listing needs at least three photos in total.

See a suggested price or rent when you list your home

  • Listing your home now suggests a price or monthly rent once you add the address and floor area.
  • You see the likely range and up to five recent sales or rentals nearby, with the date of the latest records.
  • The suggestion fills an empty price field, and you can change it. It is an estimate from recorded transactions, not a valuation.

Your home listing goes live as soon as you publish it

  • When you publish your home listing, Homejourney checks it at once, and most listings go live straight away.
  • If something needs fixing, such as a phone number in the description, you are told what to change before it goes live.
  • A price far from what similar homes went for, or a home that looks listed twice, waits for a quick check by a person, usually within one working day, and you see why.

Choose your listing's cover and photo order

  • When you list your home, your decluttered or virtually staged photos can now come first, and you choose which photo is the cover.
  • Move photos earlier or later from your listings dashboard, then save the order in one step.
  • Every staged photo is tagged "Virtually staged", and your listing still needs at least three real photos.

See which listing photos are virtually staged

  • Every virtually staged photo is tagged "Virtually staged" on the listing page, in search results, on shared links and in AI assistants.
  • Tap the tag on a staged photo to see a real photo of the home.

Book Luce home cleaning at Luce's own times

  • One-time home cleaning from Luce, in sessions of 2 to 4 hours, at Luce's own prices with no booking fee.
  • Pick from the start times Luce has open at your postal code; nothing is charged until Luce accepts.
  • Book on the website too: choose a provider's priced package, pick an open time at your postal code, and review the booking before saving a card. No account needed.

Type an MRT station to search near it

  • Searching for a station, such as "condo near Bishan MRT", now shows homes whose nearest station is that one, as if you had picked it in the MRT filter.
  • The station appears as a chip you can remove to search the words as text.

Pay out your earnings to your bank

  • Owners and managers of a service business can confirm a ready payout statement in the Business console and have it paid to the bank account set up with Stripe.
  • The statement shows as paid once the bank payout lands, or as failed with the reason if the bank rejects it.

Ask your AI assistant about your Homejourney account

  • Connect Homejourney to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex and ask about your saved homes, viewings, service bookings and tasks.
  • Your assistant can read your support case and inbox conversations, and sends a message only after you confirm it.

See where your listing's visitors come from

  • With Homejourney Pro, each listing shows where its visitors came from in the last 30 days: Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, AI assistants, your booking link or direct.
  • See views, booking page visits, WhatsApp clicks and viewing requests by source in your dashboard or the Agent app, or ask an AI assistant connected to Homejourney.
  • Edit a saved listing draft on the website, add a headline, and state a rental's furnishing, move-in date, minimum lease and whether a room or the whole unit is let.

Accept Homejourney-priced jobs, or take them automatically

  • Jobs booked at the Homejourney price show their price, district, time and accept-by deadline in your business console, ready to accept.
  • Owners and admins can turn on auto-accept, choosing the districts, working hours and daily limit a job must fit.
  • Assigned jobs in the Homejourney Business app show when the customer's payment is secured, so you know before you travel.

Book home services at the Homejourney price with a saved card

  • Services with a Homejourney price can be booked in the Homejourney app before a provider confirms: save a card, and Homejourney looks for a verified provider until the time shown.
  • Your card is held only once a provider accepts, and charged when the job is done. If no provider accepts in time, the booking is cancelled at no charge.
  • Each booking shows whether a provider has accepted and whether your payment is secured, or if your card needs attention.

Faster, more dependable chat

  • Messages you send in the Homejourney, Agent and Landlord apps appear straight away, and a message that fails to send stays in the chat with Retry and Discard.
  • Your own messages show when they were sent and when the other person has read them.
  • New messages arrive without refreshing, and you can load older messages in long chats.

Agents can ask their AI assistant to price a walkthrough video

  • Agents on a paid AI plan can connect Homejourney to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex and ask for the price of a walkthrough video for a Creator project.
  • You confirm and pay on Homejourney; your assistant can then check when the video is ready.

Compare recent prices across HDB streets and condos

  • HDB resale prices lists every HDB street with its resales, median price and median price per square foot over the latest 12 months, filtered by town.
  • Condo transactions does the same for every condo, apartment and executive condo project, with district and home type filters, from URA caveat data.

News removed from the Homejourney app

  • The News archive and article screens are removed from the Homejourney app, including the Account menu entry.
  • The Finance Insights shortcut that opened News is also removed.

Your AI assistant can see your Homejourney dashboard and book services

  • Connect Homejourney to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex and ask about your saved homes, viewings, service bookings and notifications.
  • Your assistant can save or remove a home, mark a notification read and change your email preferences, each after you confirm.
  • Your assistant can find, quote and book a home service, then hand you the link to pay.

Homejourney RES exam practice on the web and in AI assistants

  • Practise for the RES exam in your Homejourney dashboard: topic practice, timed tests, weak areas, progress, and explanations for each question.
  • The free plan includes 10 answers per topic and 3 new explanations each day. Homejourney Pro removes the limits and now includes RES.
  • AI assistants connected to Homejourney can quiz you, record your answers, show your progress, and explain a question.

Choose how to contact a listing agent

  • Contact on a listing in the Homejourney app now lists every way to reach the agent: in-app chat, WhatsApp, and WeChat when the agent publishes an ID.
  • Agents can add a WhatsApp number and a WeChat ID to their profile in the Agent app.

Renew your published listing for another 30 days

  • Listings you post on Homejourney show publicly for 30 days. Owner listings in your dashboard now show when each one stops showing, warn in its last 7 days, and mark an expired one.
  • Renew a published listing for another 30 days from your dashboard, or ask an AI assistant connected to Homejourney to renew it.
  • Get an email 7 days before a listing stops showing, with a link to renew it.

Featured listings from Homejourney Pro members

  • Search results can now open with up to two Featured listings from Homejourney Pro members that match your search, each labelled Featured.
  • Featured listings never change the order of the results below them, and a Featured listing can also appear in the results at its usual place.
  • AI assistants signed in to your Homejourney account show the same Featured listings, separately from the results and with the same note.

Every recorded sale of a commercial or industrial property

  • On the commercial and industrial valuation page, View all sales lists every recorded sale in the project, or on its street when it has no project name.
  • Sort and filter that history by sale type, unit size or price per square foot, as for homes.
  • AI assistants asking for a development's rentals or a size range now get those records, not every sale.

Median rent nearby for shops and offices

  • A shop, office or shophouse valuation now shows the median rent per square foot of leases on its street, or in its planning area when the street has too few.
  • The median matches the unit's size range when you give a floor area, and shows the monthly rent that works out to.
  • AI assistants asking about a shop's or office's rent get the same median.

Typical HDB values on every town page

  • Each HDB town page now shows what a typical 2-room to executive flat in the town would sell or rent for today, as a range.
  • The range comes from how far real flats in the town have sold from the town's typical figure, so a block's lease, location and floor can put a flat anywhere in it.
  • AI assistants asking what a flat type is worth in a town get the same range.

Apply for a mortgage through your AI assistant

  • Ask a connected AI assistant to prepare your mortgage or refinancing application, including which banks to approach.
  • Your assistant submits it only after you approve the details and agree to be contacted by our mortgage partner.

Book Homejourney-priced home services without an account

  • Services with a Homejourney price can now be booked from an AI assistant's link without a Homejourney account: review the booking, then save a card.
  • Nothing is charged when you book. Your card is held once a verified provider accepts and charged after the job. If no provider accepts in time, it is cancelled at no charge.
  • The Services page lists every service at the price you book at. Search in everyday words, filter by category or price, and book in the app or ask your AI assistant.

AI agents can search Homejourney listings without an account

  • Personal AI agents and AI assistants can search, read and compare current Singapore property listings on Homejourney without a Homejourney account.
  • Each listing comes with its Homejourney link, so the agent can recommend it and send you straight to the listing.

One booking fee for every home-service booking

  • Every home-service booking now has the same booking fee, whatever its size, shown before you pay.
  • The aircon diagnosis price has changed, and it is still credited in full when the repair goes ahead.
  • Fixed-price home services, from cleaning to painting, have new prices shown before you pay, and cleaning costs less for smaller homes. Bookings already made keep their price.

Home cleaning moves to fixed-price packages

  • Hourly home cleaning is no longer offered for new bookings.
  • Move-in/out, post-renovation, spring, and curtain cleaning stay available at a fixed price for your home size.
  • Past hourly cleaning bookings stay in your booking history.

Viewing briefs removed from Homejourney Agent on iPhone

  • The property viewing brief is no longer available in Homejourney Agent on iPhone.
  • Viewing scheduling, follow-up tools and market analysis stay available.

Full search filters on town, MRT line and project pages, and room for rent pages

  • HDB town, MRT line and project pages now have the same filters and sort as property search, and keep their town, line or project when you refine.
  • Property search can filter by MRT line, showing listings whose nearest station is on that line.
  • Room for rent pages list master rooms, common rooms and bed spaces apart from whole homes, by district, town, MRT station or MRT line.

Suggested listing prices in Homejourney Agent

  • Creating an HDB, condo or landed listing in Homejourney Agent now suggests a price or monthly rent and its likely range, from the property valuation estimate.
  • The app warns when your asking price is well above the likely range.

Share a booking link for your listing

  • Agents can share a booking link or QR code from an active listing, so anyone can pick one of your open viewing times without the app.

Viewing briefs removed from Homejourney Agent on Android

  • The property viewing brief is no longer available in Homejourney Agent on Android.
  • Viewing scheduling, follow-up tools and market analysis stay available.

Listing prices suggested from the property valuation

  • When you create a listing on the web dashboard, the suggested sale price or monthly rent and its likely range come from the same estimate as the property valuation page.
  • Where recent records are too few for a figure, the form says so and shows recent transactions instead.

Request a viewing on any listing

  • Every listing now offers Request viewing next to WhatsApp, including listings from agents who have not joined Homejourney yet.
  • If the listing's agent is not on Homejourney yet, your request waits and reaches them as soon as they join.
  • If no one answers before your proposed times, you are told the request expired.

Mortgage pages no longer connect to Myinfo

  • The mortgage, home loan, refinance and home equity pages no longer offer a Singpass Myinfo connection or a Myinfo-personalised affordability card.
  • Rate comparison, upfront cost estimates and loan requests stay available. Myinfo data retrieved through earlier connections has been deleted.

More accurate valuations from the details you add

  • Give a condo's unit number and the valuation uses the size of earlier sales in the same stack, and says which size it used.
  • Add the year a landed house was built or rebuilt; recently built houses are valued above older ones on the same street.
  • When size changes the value, the valuation page shows recent sales and asks for the floor area before estimating.

Connect Homejourney to your AI with clearer consent

  • Before you approve, Homejourney shows the AI app, the permissions it asks for, and the account it will use.
  • Guided setup walks you through connecting ChatGPT, Claude or Codex, with the same Google and Apple sign-in as your dashboard.
  • After you sign in, Claude and Codex see the business or specialist tools your account can use.

Property news removed from connected AI assistants

  • Connected AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Codex no longer offer Homejourney property news.
  • Property search, services, mortgage and workspace tools in those assistants are unchanged.

The referral program and HomePoints have ended

  • New referrals and HomePoints earning and redemption have ended in the Homejourney app.
  • Points, vouchers and rewards you already earned are kept, and eligible payouts continue.
  • Media balances in Homejourney Agent and Studio are now called Studio Credits, with no change to prices or balances.

More natural property search in connected AI assistants

  • Ask a broad question such as 'What properties are available?' and connected AI assistants show current listings.
  • Assistants understand property type, rent or sale, bedrooms, district and budget from everyday wording. Filters you set still win.
  • If listings can't load, the assistant says search is unavailable instead of showing no matches.

Kai has ended

  • The Kai workspace, assistant messages and suggestions are no longer available.
  • Homejourney Support, WhatsApp messages and connected AI assistants keep working as before.
  • Existing incorporation cases and records are kept; new incorporation requests through Kai have stopped.

A simpler Homejourney app

  • Search focuses on MRT, district or area, with property type in Filters, instead of separate recommendations, shortcut tiles, maps and comparisons.
  • Buy, Rent and Own modes are gone: Journey is one calendar, and Finance focuses on comparing and applying for mortgages.
  • Myinfo, owner listing tools, Preferences & Interests and @usernames are removed from the app. Your existing records are kept.

A simpler way to book home services

  • Services now opens with a cleaner schedule and three popular categories, with the full directory available through Show more.
  • Provider quotes can be booked from one sheet with address, schedule, and payment controls kept together.

Prices in the app stay in Singapore dollars

  • Currency exchange and foreign-currency conversion are removed from the Homejourney app.
  • Property and home-service prices stay in Singapore dollars from search to checkout.

One place to contact support in the app

  • Support & Help now has one support conversation and current help topics.
  • The separate Send feedback form is removed; use Contact Support instead.

More current HDB resale listings

  • More HDB resale listings appear in property search and stay up to date.
  • When the same home is listed on more than one portal, its page shows each asking price and when it was last updated.

AI assistants can help you WhatsApp a listing agent to arrange a viewing

  • Connected AI assistants can now draft a viewing message to a listing's verified agent and give you a link that opens it in WhatsApp, ready for you to send.
  • Requesting a viewing through Homejourney still works as before; owner listings keep using it.

Every recorded sale and rental in a development

  • Listing pages show each recent sale in the development with its unit, and View all opens the full sales history.
  • View all rentals lists every recorded rental in the development or street, on listing pages and the valuation page.
  • Sort and filter both histories, for example by sale type, unit size or HDB flat type.

Lower commission when customers book you again

  • When a customer books the same service business again within 12 months, Homejourney takes a lower commission, at the same price for the customer.
  • The lower rate applies to aircon packages with a Homejourney price, including bookings made through AI assistants.
  • Job details in the Business console show the commission rate and your expected payout for each booking.

Message homeowners on WhatsApp

  • Homes listed by their owners on Homejourney now show Contact owner, which opens WhatsApp to the owner's verified number.

Clearer listing cards in search

  • Search results lead with the price and price per square foot, then the project, the key facts and the walk to the nearest MRT station.
  • Each card shows the listing agent, or that the owner listed it, and how long ago it was listed.
  • The website and app show the same card for the same listing.

Search works the same on the website and app

  • Type what you want, such as bedrooms, district, budget and sale or rent, and search sets the filters for you.
  • Both offer the same filters and sorts, including HDB flat type, tenure, price per square foot and newest listings.
  • As you type, search suggests towns, MRT stations, schools, streets, blocks and postal codes that have listings, with how many.

Search by postal code, block or street

  • Search a 6-digit postal code, or a block number and street, to find listings at that address.
  • Short forms such as "Blk", "St", "Ave" and "Rd" find the same listings as the full name.
  • Searches with a small typo show results for the closest matching address.

HDB block pages with resale prices and live listings

  • Each HDB block with recent resale activity now has its own page, showing resale prices by flat type, recent transactions, lease start year, and live listings at that block.
